WHAT A WONDERFUL TIME WITH THE LORD and EACH OTHER!!!

The Lord really used Prophet LaMeshia Conley as she released "the  sound" starting with an introduction to her business: "Business Midwife - Birthing Purpose into Prophet (www.lameshia.com; @lameshianicole).  You will receive strategy, structure and Spirit-led clarity. "Shall I bring to the time of birth, and not cause delivery? says the Lord. Shall I who cause delivery shut up the womb? says your God" (Isaiah 66:9). The moment of delivery is brought by sound ... OCTOBER ZOOM

CALLED & QUALIFIED 4.0 with Apostle Dawn; message of encouragement  from 1 Samuel's record of Hannah's commitment to the Lord. There are no notes for this one, nor a recording, but it was a powerful time with the Lord and each other as we broke open the heavens with prophetic intercession for our  Sister in need.

WIMM HELD ZOOM SEPTEMBER 13th

CALLED & QUALIFIED 3.0 with Apostle Dawn; message of encouragement  from the book of Esther. Apostle Dawn wore a crown to give a visual of our royal posture. The enemy doesn’t come for the weakest- the enemy comes for the strongest, the woman who knows she's been called and qualified.   Sometimes God will drop you in the middle of a predicament to bring you closer and deeper into purpose. The Lord is bringing realignment for your assignment.
He's taking us to that place of perseverance. Why? So you won’t faint or become weary in the process, so you wont faint or become weary in the pressing. God want His real anointing oil to flow. Keep rejoicing, keep thanking, keep praising. Keep your head up so your crown won't fall!

God is not punishing you - God is positioning you for such a time as this.
God is using you to shift atmospheres. God is using you to change systems.
God is using you to bring solutions to problems.

So count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces [a]patience. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be [b]perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
Build perseverance

I must - indicates a personal obligation, strong intention, or certainty on the part of the speaker

 A man who has friends must himself be friendly,

Acts 20:35 - I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”

I will - used to express determination, insistence, persistence, or willfulness

“I will bless the Lord at all times”

 Queen Esther said - I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish!”

CALLED & QUALIFIED 2.0

What a great time of fellowship and powerful prayer and  worship. Apostle Dr. Demetria ministered a powerful and timely word. Her subtitle was "I'm Going to Finish the Work" Philippians 1:6. Every woman left refreshed and encouraged to move in faith during this month of advancement.

July 12 - "CALLED & QUALIFIED"

Praise the Lord Women of God,

All I can say is WOW God!!! I have been infused with so much joy- so much so, a prophetic word came from a sister prophet on June 28th: "Laughter has become your medicine. You are very joyous, inspite of what you've been through." 

This reminds me of the Scripture pointing to having what we say (Mark 11:24; see also Proverbs 18:21). What will you declare for your month of July? We would love to hear. Post in chat.

Sooooo, I am staying in this place of Joy during July as I press into a new place of worship and some new opportunities. As I continue to realign with the heart and mind of God in this new season, JULY will be a month of Joy, no matter who or what! One thing I noticed is because of joy - I am smiling more and singing out loud more! So I encourage you to sing a new song to the Lord! Halleluyah!!!

Birthday Blessings to all born in the Month of July! May this be a year of greater outpouring of Holy Spirit upon your life. May you find times and make times of refreshing for your journey ahead as you continue to press into the purposes of God.

Greetings Women of God,
We are almost halfway through this year. June is a great month to reflect and recharge. Here are some suggested prompts that help me along the way:
1. Have I drawn closer to the Lord through consistent study and service? If not, how can I improve?
2. Are my relationships with others mutually enriching and supportive? If not, what can I do differently?
3. Am I experiencing increase in every important area of my life? If not, why not?
4. What do I need to let go of? and/or change about myself?
5. What do I need to seek or strengthen in my life?
As I reflect and recharge, I am going to let June be a month of Joy, no matter who or what!

The Lord brings joy. Joy is only possible when the parts of you that you were unwilling to relinquish to the Lord are killed. The old self in you needs to die so the new self can breathe deeply in the new space with Yahweh. Allow Him to create within you a new space, a new self, and that is where your joy is. And when you choose to be with Me, says the Lord, your joy exists in the space where the two of us get to be together. And that place is within you, in your new self, and nowhere else. You are made to be with Me, and anything that gets in the way of us being together is a choice you get to make. Let Me in, and I will take care of it. Let Me in, and I will clear away the dark places of the old self to let the new self breathe. I do the work once you choose Me.
The psalmist said I will bless the Lord (Psalm 16:7; 26:12). Even when the circumstances scream "Where are You, God?" Cause your heart and mind to refocus on the many promises found in Scripture. Walk by faith and walk in the Spirit. Vision can be cloudy and flesh can try to rise. Remain steadfast, immovable, abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing your labor is never in vain in the Lord. Stay in His presence. In His presence is fullness of joy (Psalm 16:11). Allow a new song of deliverance to spring up from the depths of your communion with the Lord. The joy if the Lord us your strength. When you chooses Me, says the Lord, you choose joy!

04.12.2025 Prayer Time of refreshing

The Lord has been revealing and setting up some amazing things and I know He has been the same for you!
As we enter April 1 and this next quarter, allow the Lord to remind you of these powerful revelations as a powerful Woman in Ministry:
1. You have been called for such a time as this!
This is not a cliche. The sovereign God and King strategically placed you within the earth and within His kingdom with gifts, talents and abilities to wield influence, make impact, and bring about lasting change.
2. Prepare for what you’re praying for.
Don't wait for things to happen. Pursue the plan God has for you. Pray and position yourself now. Set faith-filled goals, and use a timeline to get it done. Keep pressing forward.
3. Be intentional.
Remember to prioritize your God-given assignments. Stay focused. Do not say "yes" to everything and everyone. Let your yes align with your assignment(s), and opportunities to enlarge and expand your capacity in Holy Spirit. Walk by faith and not by sight.
4. Be relational.
Family is important and so are outside people. A Woman in Ministry knows the importance of being in genuine, supportive relationships with other women (and men). We cannot fulfill divine destiny alone. We are in this together and how can two walk together unless they are agreed? We are making times for refreshing and networking - you just might meet another divine connection and destiny helper.
I know the plans I have for you says the Lord. And My words I have spoken over and into your life, will not return back void, but will accomplish all I have sent them to do!"
As WE (Women in Ministry & Marketplace) keep these things in mind, I know that this new quarter will continue to be a season of power, breakthrough, and joy!

Leadership is the ability to inspire, guide, and influence others towards achieving a shared goal.

Romans 12:8 ~ leading is a spiritual gift; spiritual leaders are great organizers and managers filled and led by the Holy Spirit.


Common leadership styles are: Authentic, Autocratic, Servant, Transformational, and Toxic.

02.08.2025 "It's GOING TO COST YOU SOMETHING"

Leaders know that time is a precious resource. The difference between an effective and ineffective leader, is their ability to manage their time.

Good leaders are keenly aware of how valuable their time is. Spiritual leaders also understand that God has granted us enough time to accomplish any assignment He gives us.

The key to successful leadership is not creating more time in one’s life or packing more activities into one’s day - but staying on God’s agenda.

Whether you are a wife, mother, or ministry/business leader, you will be blessed. We will have some dynamic sessions on leadership styles, key principles of leadership, gifts/strengthbuilder, and guest ministers and experts to help further equip and empower.
