Leaders know that time is a precious resource. The difference between an effective and ineffective leader, is their ability to manage their time.

Good leaders are keenly aware of how valuable their time is. Spiritual leaders also understand that God has granted us enough time to accomplish any assignment He gives us.

The key to successful leadership is not creating more time in one’s life or packing more activities into one’s day - but staying on God’s agenda.

With our 2025 theme as "Rebuilding the Altars" ~ Sacrifice + Repentance + Incense + Giving, the Lord has been speaking to me about "Building Your Leadership Capacity." Whether you are a wife, mother, or ministry/business leader, you will be blessed. We will have some dynamic sessions on leadership styles, key principles of leadership, gifts/strengthbuilder, and guest ministers and experts to help further equip and empower.
